About Papa Paws
Nicholas J. Nawroth is Papa Paws. He is a dog lover and artist. At age 9, he created his first comic book featuring his dog, Woody, and has been drawing ever since. He has never lost touch with his childlike wonder and love of dogs, which he shares in his stories. In his free time, he enjoys snuggling up on the couch with the family to watch movies.
About Mama Paws
Ellen Kennedy is Mama Paws. A pet lover to her core, she has earned the nicknames “Poochie Mama” and “Mama Bear”. She embraces pets as members of the family and her job is to love and protect them. Home is her favorite place to be, and she is usually doing something creative with her family.
Yes, Papa and Mama Paws are real people and read every email. We would love to hear from you, even if it is just to say “Hi”, you will get a reply. If you are under the age of 13, please be sure to get a grown-up’s permission or assistance.

Reading Pioneers Read Aloud The Twins Take Over!
